Finally, a long weekend.. just what i really needed. A helpful serving of sleep. haha. Had a rough week. Work plus alcohol doesn't really go together. Been on drinking sessions lately, i really don't know if it's too much drinking sessions happened twice a week for the past two weeks. Though I drink, i tend to control myself not to be wasted the next day. Practically I drink to socialize. Oh well. I guess that's about it for me.

I'm doing the classic ref cake with grahams cream filling and mangoes this weekend. Officemates shared the bill for the ingredients. I'll try to make this one a bit different. It's time to try to add some new stuffs, flavors and extenders. Budget is a bit limited so i'll just be creative in making this one. I think they won't mind as long as it would be delicious. hehehe.

So what's next? Blueberry cheesecake came. Practically I could try anything that has cheesecake on it. Strawberry, cherry, uhmm.. chocolate.. oreo or anything. XD I'll try to make one again. Probably sooner, have one blueberry cheesecake pending order by the end of the month and promised someone i'll let her taste my creation.

But as of now, i was thinking what other stuffs i could do..

I really don't have much in mind so I am opting for... banoffee pie? I wonder it's good. Banana + toffee? and dark chocolate maybe.. hmmmm.

But I think it's worth it. Didn't looked exquisite. And cannot really be compared to the blueberry cheesecake but i really think this banoffee pie thing is worth it. So much for preparation and dishwashing.. I really can't tell if it's good to go. The only ingredient i tasted was the toffee. Well, it's good even if it's only with the spoon. haha.  Took a hell out of my time making that one. Good thing it ended up as expected.

Guess I just have to wait till tomorrow. But then i'll probably be home at around 3pm,..  I just hope nobody tries to slice off and help themselves for the first blood.

I didn't even get its picture thinking it would look better off the mold. So i have my fingers crossed till i get home. I'll post the pictures later.

I noticed my blogs layout has changed. I didn't know why. I checked on my saved templates and everythings gone..

T_T I need to invest time in creating a new layout for this old blog of mine.  but then.. there isn't that much time..

hmm.. well maybe there is.. i just need to plan and schedule things out.. grrr...

I'm tired.....

I feel so helpless.. sigh.. someone oh... someone pls....
