 So what's the fuzz about? I don't know what to say. 24 years has gone by in a flash.

First off, I'd like to thank God for the life He has given me. Each and everyday.. for the realizations, the problems, the trials and the delay. Thank you Lord for all the things that has happened to me.

Then to my family for being there whenever i needed them. Especially for my sister, for taking the extra effort to check on me, reminding me not to go home late and for all the simple things she does. I know she's shy when it comes to this stuff but still thank you. I could feel she cares and she's worried. Thank for being there specially those times when I was so down. I'm really glad to have you as my younger sister. =)

To my friends, these includes everyone, i know, or  even haven't met or seen yet. Thank you! for the company, the fun, the laughter and the joy. For sharing stuffs, for those talks, converstaions and other stuffs.

And last, to my first. Thank you too.

I'm officially 25. hehe. So what happened today?

It's not the usual birthday I've been having for the past 3 years.. well, those years were long gone. I remember when I had my birthdays during those times.. it's as if it's not only my birthday but lyn's as well. So much for the memories. Atleast i still have them.. just to remind me of those happy and great moments together.

It's not the same as my old birthdays. Well I couldn't remember much of my childhood birthdays. And about those birthdays I had when I was in school.. that's another story. Those where the days when I felt that my birthday is pretty much like an ordinary day. Usually doze it off to sleep if it falls to the weekends or just went on with daily activities in school if it falls on weekdays. Nothing special. Just another day to remind me that a year has gone by again.

What's the difference? Guess things really change. Specially on how you see through your life after those 24 years. Of course, there were those who remembered. Well, only a few of them. My family ofcourse.. then some officemates.. probably because it's posted in the calendar on the company intranet. Friends, close ones and those far away from the common circle. Thank you for remembering.. special mention to ate amie, then lyn for remembering. Well,  i know my family knows my birthday but i just don't know which the others greeted me because they had reminders or alarms set up on their cp's or calendars. That's why I don't let people view my birthday on fb.

Summing it up.. Woke up with a good feeling, lighter than ever. Thank God for life and making me feel much better. I had colds 3 days prior to today so I'm glad i'm feeling better.

Cooked spaghetti for long life XD. Made leche flan and did something for the 1st time. Baked myself a blueberry cheesecake. My fave. =) Yum Yum. (pictures on later entries I guess.)

And kissed stella to seal the night off.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Finally, I did it. I made / baked my 1st cheesecake! Yes. And topped it up with blueberry. Yum. Scrumptious!

At first I was hesitating on doing something extraordinary but then something just came into me. Must have been my birthday instincts. Hehe.  I love cooking and baking. I usually cook pretty much everything under the sun but baking was a different kind of story. I've only baked lasagnas, pizza?? brownies and cookies. It was my first time to bake a cheesecake. I really had no idea. I had a recipe but didn't follow it. haha. added other stuffs and sticked with the basics. hehe. I'm glad it turned out to be a lovely blueberry cheesecake.

Sigh. It's a long weekend. Yet I'm stuck with overtime  today and on monday. Good thing they didn't take my sunday for the feast. Better make the most out of eveything. ^_^
