When was the last time you did something for the first time?

Finally, I did it. I made / baked my 1st cheesecake! Yes. And topped it up with blueberry. Yum. Scrumptious!

At first I was hesitating on doing something extraordinary but then something just came into me. Must have been my birthday instincts. Hehe.  I love cooking and baking. I usually cook pretty much everything under the sun but baking was a different kind of story. I've only baked lasagnas, pizza?? brownies and cookies. It was my first time to bake a cheesecake. I really had no idea. I had a recipe but didn't follow it. haha. added other stuffs and sticked with the basics. hehe. I'm glad it turned out to be a lovely blueberry cheesecake.
